All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - No fireworks or other illegal activities - No outside fires or fire pits - Parking is limited to 3 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.) - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - Respect the neighbors
