You’ll enter into a combination living room/kitchen with a comfortable sectional couch you can arrange as you like (including as an extra bed), fios gigabit high speed internet, a huge ROKU 4K 70-inch smart television with Audiophile Sonos sound bar for your movie-viewing pleasure, and a modern chef-inspired kitchen with a beautiful handcrafted walnut top island, KitchenAid gas stove, microwave, KitchenAid fridge, KitchenAid wine/beverage fridge, KitchenAid dishwasher, and Keurig coffeemaker. All-Clad pots/pans/utensils to prepare a truly Gourmet meal are provided, and if you need something extra just ask - if we have it in our kitchen we are happy to share! Both bedrooms feature Restoration Hardware furniture and have large 65” 4K ROKU TV’s with Audiophile SONOS sound bars and queen beds with Frette luxury Italian linens. The middle room has a comfortable loveseat couch and the back bedroom has a desk. Both Bathrooms offer a Chic retreat featuring top of the line Grohe Thermostatic Shower Systems with Rain Shower for a full luxury spa experience. Our checkout instructions to guests consist of one thing: please start the dishwasher before you leave, if you used any dishes. That’s it - we handle everything else for you, even emptying the trash during your stay. No list of chores from us! Guest access The entire basement unit is yours, with a private entrance. You may use the grill outside the front door as you like (we may use it during your stay too). Other things to note There is a dog on the property - our 75 lb adorable goldendoodle named Teddy. We will do our best to limit any interaction with him, but it is possible that you could arrive home when he is outside. There is a fenced in area in front for him, but if it is a concern for you, just let us know when you’re on your way to the unit and we will bring him inside. Please note that this unit is not meant to host parties or events. We want you and your group to enjoy your time at our place, AND we want our neighbors beside you and our family upstairs from you to not be disturbed by loud music or voices and more guests than in your reservation.
