The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. We also provide beach towels in every room, so you’re all set if you want to head out to the shore. 🏖️ Enjoy your stay in a perfectly located, comfortable, and well-equipped home right in the heart of Tampa! 🌺 Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the front yard and the private fenced-in patio. The only exception is the small studio on the left side, which you can see in the photos. The house has two front doors: the left door leads to this separate studio that is not included in your rental. It has its own entrance and private patio, ensuring your privacy in the main home. Also, note that there are two RVs, one on each side of the house. These RVs are completely empty and only used for Airbnb storage purposes. They do not affect your space or privacy. Other things to note The house 🏡 has two steps at the entrance and two steps leading out to the patio🪴🌱🪻so please be cautious going up 🆙 and down ⬇️those steps. Also, since we’re in Florida 🏝️🏖️and there are mosquitoes 🦟 and insects, we kindly ask you to keep all doors and windows closed at all times. When using the stove or oven, please always turn on the extractor fan. And a little note of love: please 🙏 do not cut, break, or take any of the plants from my patio😉Thanks for understanding!
