1-bedroom condo near LAX, Sofi Stadium, and Beach

This spacious three bedroom unit has a private bathroom, a balcony, a large living quarters with five (5) TV's and a sports like feel for the sports enthusiast or the movie buff. The dining area features a beautiful beach like setting. We are only eight (8) minutes from Venice Beach, LAX airport and Sofi stadium; Home of the NFL, Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, and walking distance from all major car rental companies and Metro Rail. Guests may share common areas with host. The space The unit is in a secure building that requires a key or gate remote to enter the building. It consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom and closet. Each room has a queen bed, dresser drawer, a coach, mini fridge, ceiling fan, air conditioning, air purifier, 43” TV and a dedicated work space. Guest access After booking guest will be given an access code for self check-in. Guest will have access to the laundry room located on the premises, a large living room, kitchen, private bathroom and a private balcony. During your stay I give my guest space but make myself available in person or through text, email, or phone call. Other things to note Only one guest (party of 1-4 people) will be allowed. Common areas may be shared with the host only, and no other guest. There’s a laundry room on the premises. Laundry pick-up and delivery (fluff & fold) is available upon request.
