The space The space is bright and modern while keeping its traditional root. The large flat is perfect for groups travelling together and wanting to keep their privacy. - Spacious, modern apartment with a private balcony, and large windows which provide a lot of natural sunlight during the daytime. There are black-out curtains for the night time. - The apartment is situated on the second floor. - The living area is classic and stylish with a large comfortable sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video to keep you entertained. - The flat has new fast fiber Wifi. - There is a dining area for 4 guests, which can be used as a working space, for those working from home, or on a business trip. - A separate modern kitchen includes all the necessary equipment and amenities. It is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots, and pans. - The bedrooms are bright and airy with a very comfy king-size bed in the first bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and a single bed in the third bedroom. - Wardrobe is provided in each room. - Black-out curtains are provided in each bedroom to ensure a good night’s sleep. - Fluffy towels and toiletries are provided. in the bathroom, The water is hot with good pressure. - The flat has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system. - The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen and towels, and toiletries for your stay! Additional cleaning for a fee may be possible. Please contact me if required. I can accommodate late check-in. Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Check out time is 10:00am. Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please be aware that my cleaning team will be arriving from 10:00am so please try to check-out by that time. Thanks so much! PARKING INFORMATION: Parking is free at the weekend from 5:30pm Friday until 7:00am Monday (Excluding a window of 7:00am until 2:30pm on Sunday) and every weekday evening from 5:30pm until 7.00am the next business day
