The space Exceptionally designed condo with a boho feel. Located on the 17th floor, a rare corner unit, this property is bright and spacious for it's occupants. In the center of arguably the coolest area of the city, modern, minimalist furniture, very open, clean, we take great pride in having a spotless living environment. The space gets flooded with natural light via the wall of windows. The rises and sunsets are so special to see. The building has security along with the attached parkade and skywalk. Walking distance to the Canada Life Centre, True North Square, restaurants & museums.. - Spacious bathroom , bath shower, hairdryer, upgraded light fixtures. - King bed in the master bedroom is surrounded by windows. It feels like you're living in the sky! What makes the master bedroom so special is the direct balcony access. (There is balcony access from the living room as well, So yes! two access points to the balcony!) There is a queen bed for second bedroom, with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Comfortable pillows for every type of sleeper, linens, towels. - Large kitchen which is opened concept, has an eating area and is equipped everything you need to cook a meal. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and has quartz countertop. - Great views over the city and over the city of Winnipeg. - Floor to ceiling windows - bathed in sun (don't worry, we have blinds!) - Outside secluded seating area and balcony - The building is a very smart development, a recently renovated 20-story apartment block with industrial finishes, exposed steel beams and concert ceilings. Great views of the city skyline. Perfect for long term stays! ****NO PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS****There is a zero tolerance for loud noise in this unit, or any type of party taking place. Noise complaints will result in a $200.00 charge as we get fined and the building residents are disturbed. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises. * If you intend on booking this unit to have any form of a party or loud gathering we recommend to not book this unit. We will be notified, evict immediately and fine for offenders* * This unit is meant for quiet enjoyment Guest access Entire space is for guests, no one else will be there. Other things to note -The parking spot is a 24/7 reserved spot, that is located past a security gate and attached to the building. This is very convenient, safe and will save you money while staying here. Parking in this area is very expensive and can be upwards of $50 for just a weekend stay. The parking is complimentary, covered and secured for your convenience. * Check-in times are from 4:00pm - 11:00pm. Please take a moment to review our pet policy below: Pet Fee A non-refundable pet fee of $7 per day is charged for each stay. Registration It’s important to register your pet during the booking process. Please provide details about your pet (breed, size, special requirements, etc.). Unregistered pets may result in extra charges or reservation cancellation. Pet Behaviour Guests are responsible for their pet’s behaviour. Any damage or disturbances caused by your pet may result in repair or cleaning fees. Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas, except in designated off-leash zones. Noise Control: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours. Excessive barking or disruptive behaviour may require you to address the issue, or in extreme cases, may lead to eviction without refund. Crating and Alone Time: For safety reasons, pets must be crated if left alone in the accommodation. Please also ensure pets don’t bark excessively when left alone. Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any cleaning or damage to these items will be your responsibility. Pet Waste: Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Waste disposal bags are provided, and failure to clean up may incur additional cleaning fees. Walking Your Pets: We ask that you walk your pet away from the building and pick up after them. Designated pet-relief areas may be available. Pet-Related Cleaning Charges: Any extra cleaning required due to pet-related incidents will be charged back to you.
