My goal is to have you as comfortable as you would be in a hotel room with the space and size of an apartment for way cheaper. This is not the Hilton hotel. This apt is designed for guests to enjoy a comfortable stay away from home. Queen size bed w /memory form mattress, & Fast internet. This is an Older building, safe, clean and quiet community. This space is perfect for someone who is on a budget, or need a long term stay- I do not charge a cleaning fee but will charge a fee if left messy 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Why pay so much for a hotel when you can have a whole apartment The room has comfortable queen size bed. If you have any allergies please let me know. I will make sure you have sheets washed in different detergent. Great for long term stay. This apartment is designed for airbnb guests to have privacy and space . Because of this you wont see much furniture around the apartment ( hotel style) The community is very safe and quiet. Wifi is fast and this apartment is Close to all major hospitals and school, RPI, Emma Willard ( within 15/20 min driving) Great deal amazing customer service and a comfortable night sleep until you hit your next destination. This is not a motel or hotel this is my apartment so please lease it as clean as you walk in to it. I do screen everyone and I wont let just anyone stay in my apartment .
