Spacious house in rural area. Jacuzzi and sea view

We rent out our holiday home with a very seaside, rural and unspoiled location just before Hellesøy in Øygarden, about an hour's drive from Bergen. Great hiking opportunities in the area, fishing possibilities close to the house and opportunity for boat rental nearby. If you arrive in a boat or rent one, this can be moored on the dock below the house. Here you can relax and enjoy quiet evenings on the terrace while the sun goes down🌞A patio with fire pan and sitting area, and terrace with sitting area and jacuzzi. The space The home has 2 spacious bathrooms with shower- one on each floor. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (1 with alcove in addition where there is a gate bed for baby and a single bed) and 1 with pull-out bed. Spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining room with room for 9 people. The property is fenced and safe for children. Outside the fence, sheep graze, and you get to the sea on both sides of the house. Jacuzzi can be rented for an additional fee of 800 per weekend, for longer stays a price is agreed. cleaning for NOK 1,500 The house is located in one very quiet and quiet area, with mix of children and the elderly; so the place is not suitable if you want to rent one place for excessive partying. Guest access The whole house to themselves. Patio/platting with sitting area and fire pit. Terrace with sitting area and jacuzzi. Access to dock area for swimming or mooring boat. The house is fenced in, but the area outside the fence belongs to the property so you are free to climb over to the sheep and down to the sea at the back of the house or to walk down to the key area and take some throw fishing rod. There are 3 fishing rods at your disposal. Other things to note There will be a check on the cleanliness if the outlets are not ordered. If this is not satisfactory, there will be additional cleaning. Animals are welcome, but it is requested that they are not allowed to sleep in the beds for the sake of other guests.
