On the ground floor there is a large Living room comfortably furnished, with flat panel TV (HD, with channels as well as Netflix) . From there, you access the Dining room and a fully equipped Kitchen (American refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker with a counter and seating area. No icemaker. The fridge does has one but it is not connected on water supply amd can t be used. On the ground floor there is one bedroom and one bathroom while on the second floor there are three additional bedrooms and a bathroom. On each floor there is a big terrace. On the ground floor guests can go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the outdoor pool and garden . There is children swing in the garden and a small kids playground .
