Other things to note House rules To facilitate your stay, we provide you with our house rules. It allows you to have a reference point in case of difficulty during your stay. The rental commits you to the house rules. Article 1 – Rental period and rental conditions The house is rented for a period defined at the time of booking according to the conditions set out in these house rules. The customer signing this contract for a fixed term may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. Pets are allowed, but only 1 per group of tenants and stay. As stated in the pricing conditions, a surcharge of €20 will be applied for the presence of a pet, an amount normally included in the nightly rate, according to Airbnb's operating rules. Article 2 – Check-in/Checkout Guests are advised to inform us of their check-in and check-out times as soon as possible. Guests must arrive on the specified day and at the times mentioned in this listing. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify by phone. Guests are asked to respect the checkout time stipulated in the contract; please note that the time spent cleaning must be before the checkout time. Article 3 – Use of the premises Guests must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. Respect for the neighborhood must be taken into account. The sound volume inside the house and outside the house must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night. In case of conflict and/or complaint, the owner reserves the right to evict travelers from the rental. Article 4 – Equipment to be provided - Bed sheet: 1 bed 140 cm and 1 sofa convertible into 140 cm - Towels Article 5 – Safety and decorum guidelines - If the house is occupied by several people, groups or families, it is requested to respect the tranquility of the place. – No smoking inside the house. – Safety instructions and emergency numbers are: 18 for firefighters, 15 for ambulance, 17 for police, 112 for emergency services by mobile phone. Article 6 – Parking The private parking in front of the house allows you to park vehicles. Thank you for following this rule. There are other places nearby, if needed. Article 7 – Household waste Containers are available for waste and selective sorting (packaging, plastic, metal, etc.) a little further down the street as well as in front of the pharmacy (about 300 m further) where there is also a container for glass. You are asked not to leave anything in garbage cans and to clean them. Article 8 – Terrace and garden - A ping pong table, umbrella, outdoor table, chairs and two deckchairs are at your disposal. Be sure to keep them in good condition. - Garden maintenance is the owner's responsibility. You are asked to keep it in good condition, without damage to the grassy ground (holes, etc.) and plants. Tenants' animal waste must be collected and can be placed in the compost bin. Article 9 – Water, electricity and heating The supply of water and electricity is included in the price of the night. To keep it that way, we ask that you turn off the lights when you leave a room. Be careful not to let the water run unnecessarily. Article 10 – Breakdown or malfunction In case of a breakdown, please contact us. We will decide together on the way forward and do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Under no circumstances may you request reimbursement for troubleshooting or repairs that you have taken the initiative to carry out. Article 10 – Internet and Wi-Fi The internet may not be used for illegal activity. The proposed internet access must in no way be used for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without the authorization of the rights holders provided for in books I and II of the code of intellectual property when this authorization is required. By providing this internet access, we invite you to adopt a responsible attitude towards the use of this internet connection. Article 11 – Rental The rental validates the knowledge of the house rules. No price negotiation will be possible after signing. Failure to comply with safety instructions, contractual commitments, and house rules entitles the landlord to an immediate termination of the rental without refund.
