The RODIN is a unique studio located on the ground floor of a building in the heart of Châtellerault. Recently renovated and fully equipped, this accommodation offers premium service. A unique setting in an ideal location for your tourist or professional stay (restaurants, shops, transport, nearby train station)! The space We offer a range of additional services that you will find listed below: - Enjoy our linen service: a linen kit for 1 bed, as well as bath towels for 2 people, all for only €10. - For more flexibility, we offer an early check-in or late check-out service for €10, subject to availability. - For a pleasant long stay, an additional cleaning service with change of sheets and towels is possible for €30. - For a hassle-free stay, our in-person key handover service includes all the necessary explanations for €30, ensuring a smooth experience from the moment you arrive (by appointment). - We offer hand delivery of keys for €30 (by appointment). Access to these services will be available after your booking is confirmed, you can make your service requests using the link that will be sent to you by private message. ⚠️ IMPORTANT⚠️: Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental of the apartment, we offer them as an extra as specified above. RODIN is a fully renovated studio apartment which consists of: - a living room with lounge area: * 140×200 cm double canopy bed. * TV and armchair * Internet box connected to fiber * 1 small coffee table. - a living area with high table and seating for 2 people. - a fully equipped open kitchen: 2-burner induction cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle. Everything you need, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. - a bathroom with vanity, lighted mirror, large walk-in shower, towel dryer, toilet. Basic bed linen and towels not provided, possible for an extra charge (see top of description) Tea, coffee, sugars, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, toilet paper are provided. Small pets are welcome. Please note that parking is available on the street of the building or on the adjacent streets (fees apply during the day). It can also be done free of charge at the L'Angelarde parking lot, a 3-minute walk from the building. Guest access Accommodation entirely reserved for guests and professionals. Other things to note For your comfort and well-being, cleaning is included in the price of your reservation (except for cleaning and storing your dishes) "Housekeeping fees" include professional cleaning of the apartment before and after your stay, supply and maintenance of bed linen and towels as well as consumables made available to you (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper). Fully autonomous key handover using a key box, check-in possible from 5pm and checkout until 10am. It is of course possible to adjust the schedules if needed.
