Vacation home 10 minutes from St Malo

House ideally located 10 minutes from St Malo, Cancale, Dinard. 15 minutes from Dol de Bretagne and Dinan and 45 minutes from Mont St Michel We rent our house only on our vacation. There is a cat to feed on site. 2 bedrooms, 1 separated into 2 with a partition and curtain. On one side a double bed (160/200) and on the other a child's bed in height. The second has a double mattress on the floor and a baby bed Security deposit check 100 euros for the cleaning The space Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...) open to the living room. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, toilet Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, bathroom with bathtub. Sleeps 4 adults, one child, one baby. Ideal for a family of 4. Exterior with space to park two cars, enclosed garden. Table with 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs Guest access Everything is accessible except the garage Other things to note Main house that we rent on our holidays. Everything is available as well as the small grocery store (spices, salt, etc.) Our cat Poupouille stays on the premises. She doesn't have a litter box, she's used to being outside. Knowing that this is our main house, we ask for a check of 100 euros upon arrival for the cleaning if it is not done correctly
