Imagine waking up to the sound of bird chirping, coffee in hand watching the sunrise, sipping wine on the dock at golden hour watching the sunset over the water. Imagine no longer, because this is a true hidden gem in the middle of the island away from traffic and tourist noises. We have 3 adjacent vacation rental properties to accomodate larger groups. NO PET, NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE HOUSE/SUNROOM (outside ok) The Vacation Bungalow has been completely repainted inside and outside in March 2022. Kitchen is updated with granite countertop, new carpet in living room and bedrooms, LVP in bathroom, hallway, kitchen, dining room, and sunroom. All furnitures in bedroom, living room, and dining room are brand new. Major appliances: Refrigeratior, stove, diswasher, microwave, washer and dryer. For the comfort of home away from home, we provide all basic kitchenwares: Pots and pans, cooking utensils, bakewares, mixing bowls, scissors, knives, cutting boards, can/cork opener, dishes, flatwares, drinking glasses, mugs, coffee maker, and airfryer. Kitchen drawers and cabinets with contents are clearly labeled to easily locate. Basic essentials: Starbucks coffee, cream and sugar, shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Other basics: Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bedroom 1 with street view: 2 queen beds, dresser, closet Bedroom 2 with water view: 1 queen bed, dresser, closet Living room: 1 futon convert to twin size bed Living room: 1 sofa sectionals sleeps 2 adults or 3 children. Your vacation starter kit includes the following. All beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival. Extra sheets and blankets for guests sleeping on futon and sofa sectional. Six bath towel sets, 1 roll toilet paper, 1 roll paper towel, 2 can liners, and 2 tall kitchen bags. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. We keep the house simply decorated to ensure thorough house keeping that meets Covid-19 standard before each group of guests arrive. NOTE NOTE NOTE: We have a VERY STRICT NO PET POLICY. If you are caught with a pet, you will be charged $500 extra for cleaning fee on top of our usual cleaning fee. Guests will have access to the entire house and private dock. Our dock has no railing, please be careful and keep eyes on children at all time. If you bring chairs or personal belongings to the dock, be sure to bring them back to the house since wind may blow them into the water. We will not be in the way of your vacation, but if you need us we could be reached through AirBnB messages or phone text. We are 5-minute walk to the closest public beach, Salter Path Beach Access. Take a left from the house. This is a must visit. Please bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. The nearest restaurant and seafood market is a 3-minute walk and convenience store (Dollar General) is a 2-minute drive down the street. One end (west side) of the island is a 10-minute drive to Emerald Isle. This end has Publix, Food Lion, waterpark, restaurants and bars, ice cream & candy shops, and beach shops. Jetski and kayak rental place is 5 minute drive west. The other end (east side) is 10-minute drive to Atlantic Beach. Lost Treasure Golf & Raceway, more seafood markets, aquarium, The Splash Pad, skate park, Food Lion, ice cream & candy shops, restaurants and bars, movie theater, beach shops are all within 10 minute drive to the east side. Parking on the property is free of charge for cars, boat and boat trailer. Our boat ramp is under construction for boat launch, but ok to launch jet skis and kayak. Please bring your own jet skis. We have 5 kayaks for guests to borrow first come first serve. The closest gas station is 5 minutes towards Emerald Isle, and the closest station with diesel is 10 minutes either towards Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach. The NC Wildlife public boat ramp is 5 miles towards Emerald Isle. There are plenty of parking for cars. We also have designated parking area for boats and boat trailers on the property. All parkings are free of charge. Notify host if you will bring a boat.
