AU 29/4, a small Gruissan pavilion, nestled between Clape, lagoon and sea, fully equipped, air-conditioned and heated accommodation will offer you comfort and relaxation in summer and winter, for moments of convivial sharing with family or friends. The bay windows offer a pleasant feeling of being inside/outside, each of your meals will be taken, according to your desires and the weather, on the central island, in the veranda or on the vegetated terrace. For a successful vacation, all shops, beach and pond are within walking distance!!! The space Here is a brief description of AU 29/4, accommodation with Wi-Fi and 2 heating/air conditioning units for your comfort in summer and winter: On the ground floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed, TV, storage and wardrobe - 1 shower/bathroom block 140 cm + toilet + storage, shower mat, hair dryer and straightener and equipped with a towel dryer - 1 living room with: * kitchen area (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, 3-drawer freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) + central island including all kitchen necessities * lounge area with bultex bench + TV + WIFI + heating/air conditioning unit - 1 veranda with dining table + TV + heating/air conditioning unit + 2nd refrigerator if needed Mezzanine: - 1 cabin with 140 type bz bed + closet/wardrobe - 1 cabin with 90 bed + closet/wardrobe Outdoor terrace with dining table + sun lounger + armchair + 2 coffee tables Coffee, tea, a few tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, hand soap, dishwashing product, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar...will be left at your disposal. To ensure a smooth end to your stay, cleaning is handled by our service provider, “la Conciergerie by Céline”; however, we ask that you leave the accommodation in a suitably clean condition and take out your household waste. Guest access Guests can access entire property. As we are not on site, we will put you in touch with our service provider "la conciergerie by Céline" in Gruissan for a key handover in person; Pascale or Céline who will be waiting for you on site, will give you the best welcome! They are very friendly and professional! Other things to note No laundry service. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Cleaning fee: €40; however, we ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean condition and empty your household garbage. A deposit check in the amount of €500 will be requested upon arrival and returned upon checkout if everything is in order!
