Kitchen appliances, even if listed with this room, are actually located in the shared kitchen, not in the room. The house is a bungalow where I reside with my daughter (student) and a few guests. There are 2 levels - main and a lower. Lower - is a warm and bright RAISED basement with large above ground windows (windows are about 5 feet from the floor). RAISED basement is very different and better than regular basement - having larger windows and being warmer and brighter than regular basements that have small windows located at the ceiling height. Parking: one parking spot may be available BUT needs to be negotiated BEFORE making the booking to confirm its availability and the price. Smoking of anything is not allowed anywhere on the property - not in the back and not on the driveway to avoid smoke getting into the house through open windows. During your stay I usually give guests the space and the choice of the interaction level. I am usually available if need arises till 9 pm in the evening and from 7 am in the morning but text me first please to check if I am available. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking of anything including legal substances inside the house, on the backyard, or on driveway as the smoke may enter the house through windows. Location - about 30 minutes drive from Pearson Intl Airport. by bus: - about 15 minutes by bus to Finch subway station (trains run directly to downtown in about 30 min) - about 15 minutes to Pioneer Village subway terminal - about 20 minutes to University of Toronto The house is within 5-10 minutes walk to bus stations (both TTC and VIVA), 2 budget food giants, banks, shops, restaurants, grocery/variety stores. No loud noises after 9 pm, no smoking, parties or events are not allowed. no overnight guests allowed. If the listing allows pets and you have a dog it MUST wear muzzle and be on leash at ALL TIMES when you take it outside the room via shared areas. Otherwise the entrance to common area will be locked and you will be denied access until you purchase and start using them.
