Lovely Location close to city centre

This is a light, sunny bedroom, with a twin bed, 55" TV, with a shared bathroom right next to it, on the first floor. Please be aware my electric shower is adequate, certainly not luxurious! Teas and filter coffee. My flat has its own entrance, and your bedroom locks, both keys provided! On-street parking. It's a stone's throw from the river, adjacent to a riverside restaurant. Very pretty. It is a 12 minute walk into the city centre. I am around to offer advice on visiting Bath. The space Arrival time after 4pm, please check out by midday. During your stay I am generally around, but pop in and out. Other things to note One adult male language student is currently staying with me.
