Looking to get away for a few days to the seaside with your partner? Our apartment could be the ideal accommodation. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach and located in a quiet street. All the services you might need are just a few minutes away: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy,... Enjoy the good weather on the Costa del Sol eating on our terrace, cooling off in the pool or taking a stroll along the promenade. Parking will not be a problem thanks to the reserved parking space. The space Bright and cozy apartment with all the necessary equipment to enjoy unforgettable days with your partner or family (40 m2 + 6 m2 terrace). The living room has a sofa bed, Smart TV to watch your favorite series and a kitchen with all the utensils: Moka pot, kettle, toaster, pans, kitchenware,... If you prefer to eat out you will find multiple options for breakfast, lunch or dinner just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The large window in the living room opens onto a spacious terrace where you can comfortably enjoy your meals outdoors or relax reading a good book. If you need to work remotely, the flat has a 300 mbps fibre network with Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe to store your luggage and keep your belongings organised. For a better rest in the warmer months, all the accommodation is air-conditioned. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is equipped with towels, hairdryer and first aid kit. During the summer you will have access to the community swimming pool, open from 10:00 to 22:00. There is a parking space inside the building so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Guest access We like to welcome our guests in person to hand over the keys, show the apartment, recommend nearby points of interest, and answer any questions. If we are unable to hand over the keys in person, the apartment and parking keys are left in a lockbox and the combination is sent via message.
