Be close to all of Bend’s best features when you stay here. 1 mile from shopping and restaurants at Northwest Crossing, world class mountain biking only 2 miles away at Phil’s trail, downtown 3 miles and a 30 minute drive to ski and summer fun at Mt. Bachelor. We are located in a fun loving but quiet residential neighborhood on Bend’s westside. Warm and inviting mountain lodge like living area. Beautiful and peaceful gardens with a fire pit, hot tub and cozy outdoor seating. The space Large open ceiling living room with gas fireplace, TV, and cozy seating area opens into full dining and kitchen area. Powder room and laundry located downstairs. King master with bath downstairs. Spacious upstairs includes loft, two bedrooms, and a full bath. Upstairs bedroom configurations: Room 1 is a neat and tidy space-themed kids room with twin bed and trundle. Second bedroom includes queen murphy bed that can be stowed away to use as a playroom if traveling with kids. Property also includes chickens that are self-contained and self-care but can also be petted and eggs collected if you desire. They are relatively quiet and unobtrusive. Guest access In addition to bedrooms and bathrooms, you'll have access to full kitchen, laundry, outdoor grill, smokeless fire pit and multiple outdoor seating areas, new 7 person (really 5 adults) hot tub, ninja line in backyard, and use of river float tubes. Other things to note This is our primary residence so although the space will be clean, neat, new linens, etc, there will be some personal items in closets, pantry, etc. Treehouse pictured in the backyard is not available for guest use due to liability reasons. Chickens reside on the property but are fully enclosed and unobtrusive and do not require any care. Travel trailer may sometimes be parked in driveway but is not obtrusive. Listing includes at least 1 driveway parking spot and on-street parking.
