Located on our historic "I BAR RANCH " along beautiful mill creek, Inside our Ranch's newly built timber frame barn the bunk room is small, cute, cozy, and comfortable! The single room features a queen size bed, a love seat couch, dry kitchen area, and separate authentic outhouse style restroom. Its truly a rustic gem located in the mtns only 8 miles from Challis, Idaho The space The "OFF GRID " " BUNK ROOM " is one room inside our newly built timber frame barn on our Ranch. Located halfway between our ranch house and our ranch cabin it sits approx 250 ft from either ,for a private feeling along beautiful Mill Creek. There is a private sitting/campfire area along edge of Mill Creek only 150 ft from Bunk Room along with 2 ponds for your enjoyment. INSIDE THE ROOM - one queen size bed, one love seat couch, counter with primitive dry kitchen area including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. A jet boil is provided for warming up hot water. Cups, lids, and creamer/sugar are provided. Power, lights and plugs are in bunk room for charging your devices only. We are off grid - 100 % solar powered. NO WIFI OFFERED No pets allowed at bunkhouse Mr Buddy propane heater provided to heat the space The restroom is about 40 ft from the bunk room in a separate building with a basic primitive authentic outhouse style composting toilet. This "Bunk Room" is for the minimalist who is looking for the basic amenity's of luxury " Clamping " with the feel of a cabin! THIS SPACE DOES NOT INCLUDE- NO WIFI There is no fridge, bring your own cooler! There is no cook stove or full kitchen. No cook ware provided. There is no shower, public showers are available in the town of challis at the pioneer inn 8 mile from our location. There is NO WIFI or PHONE SERVICE at our location. 3.5 miles to phone service back towards Challis, Challis library provides free WIFI in the town of Challis 8 miles away. NO TV NO Air Conditioning We are 100 % off grid- NO HAIRDRYERS- NO ELECTRIC APPLIANCES, ETC. This is for the minimalist - " LUXURY CLAMPING" in a wonderful one of a kind setting! Parking is right in front of bunk room. We ask guests to stay in BUNK ROOM area, as the Ranch house area and Ranch Cabin areas are to be respected for the tenants / guests staying in them. Other things to note Bunk Room is located in our Ranch's Barn, this is an active working barn that has active activity's happening every day from feeding and caring for our animals to storing hay and equipment.
