Cà dei Frari is a bright, airy and recently renovated apartment with a pitoresque view on the Basilica S.Maria dei Frari one of the most important and ancient church in Venice. The space This lovely apartment is laid out over 150 square meter, consisting of a spacious living room, a fully equipped and brand new kitchen with its own table, a confortable studio area, three bedroom, the master bed room with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second room with a bunk bed and the last one with a single bed. They are two full bathrooms, but one of them doesn't have a toilet. Other things to note • Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please check with us about the possibility of a late check-in. In case of availability from 8:00 p.m. onwards, there will still be a surcharge of 50 euros to be paid. • As you may have read on the official website of the Municipality of Venice, the City of Venice has introduced a tourist tax. The rates are as follows: • €0 per night for children under 10 years of age • €4 per person per night for adults • €2 per night for children/teenagers from 10 to 16 years old The fee applies for a maximum of 5 nights and must be paid in cash only. Please calculate the total amount of the accommodation tax based on this information and make sure you bring the EXACT AMOUNT IN CASH with you upon arrival.
