House with Pool and Sea View on the Atalaia Waterfront

The house is located on the Orla de Atalaia, considered the most beautiful in Brazil with so many cool attractions that exist along its 6 km of extension. We have a private pool, a balcony with a sea view, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the two living rooms, a lot of security and comfort to offer our guests. The space Three bedrooms, one of them a suite, all with air-conditioning. Total of 4 full bathrooms. Two living rooms with very comfortable sofas and 43-inch smart TVs. Full kitchen and dining area with table and 6 chairs. Service area with washing machine. Private pool and barbecue area available. Guest access Our guests will have access to the property through the automatic garage gate and access door to the inside of the house. Location monitored by cameras. Other things to note We charge for the energy consumed by guests. 1 kWh = R$1.00. We take meter readings at check-in and check-out. We will always need to be scheduling our pool attendant's departure time for the necessary adjustments. Regarding the water supply, we do not charge an additional cost, we have a 2,000-liter reservoir available during the day, replenished by the company (DESO) during the night.
