ABOUT THE LISTING There is a deck at the side, a private space for star gazing in 4 luxury bean bags. There are the little touches you’d expect, such as a welcome basket, coffee machine, and well-equipped kitchen. The sheets are kept fresh, pillows are changed regularly. A short walk across the swing bridge and you’re in town. Come for the fresh air, views, and laid-back vibe. Our home may not be perfect, but we work hard to give you a relaxing experience and a memorable stay. There is an outdoor kitchen with a hood and wok and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The back patio also has an electric heater, with one at the front too, to watch the river with your favourite brew. (Note: there is a Bromic gas heater that comes with whatever gas is left. You are welcome to swap at Bunnings, and for extended stays (3+ nights), we will reimburse one gas bottle. It is a nice-to-have, but not something we fund 100% as it can go through a lot of gas if used excessively. The outdoor kitchen has a gas bottle which must not be used for the heater. This includes the Ring doorbell, front and driveway and rear of the property facing back door. The rear one is set to privacy while you are here, and all security is snoozed. There are three smart TVs (lounge, office, master) and a Google Hub in kitchen. This can be switched off. There is speedy wifi and a beautiful office space. Please advise if you are booking for mine, road or other trades, as the home is unsuitable for heavy boots or excessive mud. We have pillow protectors, mattress covers, electric blankets and mattress protectors. We wash all used covers after each stay, so ask you to place unused pillows on the chair/bench to help reduce our environmental footprint. If you are coming with young children, you are responsible for any marks or mess. The kitchen chairs and stool covers can be washed, but a towel thrown over the seat will save a heap of work and water or damage. Further cleaning charges may apply if additional cleaning is required of upholstery. Foldout bed may not be used unless made up by host. Please turn off all air con or heating when not in the home, it heats and cools very quickly. The kitchen A/C is monitored as must not be set below 24 degrees. Leave the BBQ as you found it, or additional cleaning charges may apply. Stains caused by tanning products or makeup on sheets, towels or furniture may attract cleaning or replacement costs.
