Newly refurbished bungalow in the heart of Pilton

Ferndale Bungalow has been fully refurbished this year to modernise into a holiday home. It is situated in the beautiful village of Pilton, Somerset. Home to Glastonbury Festival. The bungalow is situated at the far end of the village, which gives it the perfect access to the main festival site, with just a 5 min walk. Ferndale bungalow is an ideal space for couples and friends who may want a stay to explore the surrounding areas. The space Refurbished and modernised in 2022. The bungalow has had the works completed, ensuring we could give the best stay to our guests. On arrival there is a private parking in a secure location, allowing room for two cars, which is next to the bungalow, ideal to just park up, and settle in! The bungalow opens into a hallway taking you through to the newly installed kitchen/diner. This has been equipped with fully integrated dishwasher, undercounter fridge & freezer. Built in microwave and double oven (top oven can also be set to grill). Kettle & toaster also available. 42" Smart TV and free Wifi available. (Online TV services, such as Netflix, NowTV etc are not included). USB plug sockets available. Bench style seats with dining table to seat 4, and 2 bar stools. Leading through the double doors in to the lounge. You can sit and relax. In here you will find 2x 2-seater leather sofas, a fireplace with a wood burner, and a 42" Smart TV (Online TV services, such as Netflix, NowTV etc are not included). There are a set of patio doors, which lead onto the private terrace patio area. Wood will be supplied on request for the colder months when you want to have a cosy night in. Just let us know. Bedroom 1 - Double bed, single wardrobe, with full length free-standing mirror. Bedding supplied. Bedroom 2 - Double bed, double fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror. Bedding supplied. Bathroom Walk in shower with WC & sink unit. Shaver point Large light up mirror Utility room with sink leading to WC with small basin. Bath and hand towels supplied for each person for your stay. (Showering towels are not for utility room use). Tea towels, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets available throughout your stay. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk available.
