The space is a private, fully fenced-in, bright, peaceful, and spacious desert home situated in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Joshua Tree. Private front porch has a wood burning fire pit, ping pong table, two hanging eggs chairs, two lounge chairs, and a large round daybed. Walk in the the front door to the open, spacious floor plan with a giant comfy couch, dining area, and fully-stocked, beautiful white renovated kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds with a large selection of pillows for those that like firm or soft. One bedroom has its own newly renovated bathroom. The other bedroom shares the second newly renovated bathroom with the rest of the house. The last room in the house is large with another huge comfy couch, a projector to have movie nights, two double murphy beds that pull down from the wall, and a bar counter that opens up to the back porch. The washer and dryer is located in this room as well. Walk outside to the redesigned backyard complete with hot tub under a light strung pergola, large cowboy pool, propane barbecue grill, outdoor dining table, sunken fire pit with seating area for 10-12 people, and a lounge hammock to lay and watch the acclaimed starry night sky. Side of the house has a turf area for dogs. The whole property is fully enclosed with fences. Enjoy all the amenities and the beautiful, peaceful environment at your leisure.
