Beautifully appointed cottage and cabin located on a fully private island on Georgian Bay! Boat access only - a unique and authentic Georgian Bay experience. Cottage is within 10 minutes from Moose Deer Point Marina (boat launch and boat taxi service available for a fee). Beautiful views across the 2 acre private island. Swim and fish right off the dock, 8 foot deep clear water! Large deck and screen room. Newly updated, including a bespoke rift oak kitchen. Main cottage has standard size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and laundry room. BBQ on deck. Cabin has condo sized fridge and coffee bar. Guest access The entire 2 acre island will be all yours! There is a main cottage (3 bedroom and 1 bathroom with full kitchen and laundry) and a second cabin (2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with coffee station/fridge). Both have private deck with beautiful water views. Clean and newly renovated! Other things to note The cottage is remote and on an island. Boat access only. If you do not own a boat, it is an approximate $160 boat ride each way via boat taxi. The boat taxi can usually fit a family of four or more with all their gear. The marina fee for parking is $10/day. Free parking available at the government dock. Boat taxi can be arranged directly with Moose Deer Point Marina. There is also a boat launch available at the marina and the government dock should you have your own boat. The island has a dock suitable for a boat up to 35’.
