Boronia Cottage Terang

Boronia Cottage is located 500 metres from the main shopping strip in Terang. In the cottage, there is a large kitchen/dining/living area with gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. The living area has a split system for heating and cooling. The cottage has two bedrooms, and a separate lounge room with a sofa bed. A separate bathroom, toilet and laundry complete the home. Fast WiFi is available. Boronia Cottage was built in the early 1900s and has been in our family since the late 1970s. The space Standard configuration is 2 Queen beds. Please advise at time of booking if you require sofa bed, and/or fold out bed made up. Requests re bed arrangement made on the same day as booking may not be able to be accommodated. (i.e. we can supply bedding, but you may need to make the bed). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and house backyard including vegetable patch. Shed access is not included. There is a larger yard at rear of property which is also not included in your stay. Other things to note We have a pet goat named Billy so sometimes we will need to venture into the far backyard to check in and feed him.
