Immediately on your left you will find the newly fitted kitchen with dining table for 2. The kitchen comes equipped with appliances including an integrated oven with grill, electric induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment and new washing machine. Continuing to the end of the hall, you will find the spacious and bright sitting room on your right. Two large and comfortable sofas will guarantee that guests will be able to unwind after a day exploring. If you fancy a bit of people watching, the high backed tartan covered armchair will be your favourite spot to take in the comings and goings of the town square and harbour. Spend your evenings with your favourite tipple and catch up on your favourite shows or enjoy a movie on the 40" Smart TV. Guests with streaming service accounts can log into their accounts straight through the TV...just don't forget to log out before you leave! Across from the sitting room is the well proportioned double bedroom which overlooks the bandstand and Rothesay Castle and it's moat. Guests will wake refreshed and well rested after a peaceful sleep in the sumptuous king bed. The black out blind will keep the early morning sun out to allow you to lounge in bed as long as you like....you're on holiday after all!
