Beautiful, bright apartment in Montpelier, a lovely area on the border of Brighton and Hove a few streets back from the seafront. Lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes seconds away, as well as supermarkets and a brilliant grocery store. Everything you would want on a trip to Brighton right here, including the independent shops, cafes and restaurants in the North Laine less than 10 min walk away. The stunning South Downs for beautiful country walks and great pubs are a short drive/bus away. The space This is our family home and we adore it. The flat is on the top floor of an Edwardian house. Every room is spacious, light and airy with lots of colour. The lounge is a beautiful, big sun-filled room, quiet considering the central location. The kitchen is a architect-designed space with all new appliances, induction hob, coffee machine, boiling water tap. The main bedroom is a lovely big room with a king size bed and sea view. The second room next door at the back of the property is a great size with a double bed (and single pull out) which is perfect for a couple of kids or another couple who don't mind a teenage vibe! Guest access Our flat is all yours to use as your home whilst we are away. The main entrance is shared with two other flats - both families who we have great relationships with - and want to keep it that way, so absolutely no parties please. Other things to note This is our family home and we are letting it out whilst we are away, so it is like a home, not a hotel. It is beautiful to be in and we hope you feel at home with everything you could need - it is not anonymous or a minimal space with loads of storage, as the rest of the time it's full of us!
