We live in the big house on the same property, but you have your own guest house and your own patio with sea view. Parking available outside. The guest house is located in Björkenäs, which is a nice area close to nature with a nice swimming area and walking distance to Kalmar golf course (Värsnäs). Distance: - Kalmar city, about 8 km. - Ölandsbron, about 8 km. - Kalmar Golf Club (Värsnäs) 1.6 km. - Grocery stores 4-5 km. The space Guest house of 36 sqm that offers a living room with sofa bed that is made into a 160 cm wide bed with extra mattress. Kitchenette with fridge and stove/oven. 1 smaller bedroom with 105 cm wide bed. Private toilet and shower. Guest access You have your own guest house with your own key. Other things to note We welcome calm guests who want to experience Kalmar/Öland in the best possible way in our nice, quiet area with lots of nature and bird life. In the garden, there is a swimming pool but we would like you not to use it during your stay.
