Enjoy a massive hot tub, outdoor sauna and fire pit, situated along a gravel walkway, with sweeping ocean sights, smells, and sounds! The space The house is situated on a large, private lot. Enter through the gate and continue down a long, winding gravel driveway until you spot the sprawling ocean view! Upon entering, you'll find a small foyer with a large closet for coats and shoes. The kitchen is immediately to your left as you continue into the open-concept main level, which includes a kitchen, a dining room with space for 8, and a living room. The living room, with seating for 5, features a gorgeous propane fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the million-dollar ocean view! Also on the main level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. There is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Upstairs is the loft bedroom, open to the lower level to take advantage of the stunning view. This bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite with a stand-up shower. Downstairs, you'll find a large rec room with comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with streaming services, and a pool table. Outdoors, enjoy a large hot tub, a fire pit with seating for 8, and an outdoor cedar sauna. There is also a balcony off the main level and yard access through the basement.
