Settle into this sweet, private space at the edge of beautiful Greenbluff, a U-Pick farming community. Situated on a 10 acre private, gated property, this lovely apartment has a great space to lounge, enjoy a great movie, play some pool, catch up on some work or just relax! Enjoy your coffee on a morning stroll across the bluff as you watch the sunrise or sit outside on bench by the arbor. It’s magic! Note: the pool, hot tub & backyard space are only for main house guests! Sauna is all yours! The space Welcome to this charming Boho apartment. With its own entrance in a sprawling home in a glorious resort setting, this space is thoroughly equipped to let you just relax and reset for another day's adventures! With Mt Spokane for hiking or skiing, the Centennial Trail and so many lakes nearby, as well as Silverwood 1 hour away, adventure awaits! But also, just down the road are Big Barn Micro-Brewery, Wildland Wine Tasting, Walter's Fruit Ranch, and about 35 other farms to explore for U-Pick fruit, gift shopping, ice cream or lunch out! Go down the private outside stairs of the big main house to this ADU downstairs lovely, cozy living space, always decorated for the season! Designed to make the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying, the comfy king size bedroom with quality linens invites you to rest. The beautiful kitchen is large enough to bring in a month's worth of groceries and just move on in! There is a regular queen size bed for 2 just off the main living room. The large bathroom has his and her sinks, as well as a bath tub and full laundry. Outside enjoy the tennis court for some pickle ball, tennis or basketball or just sit under your private covered arbor and soak up the incredible view! Please note that the pool and hot tub are not included but sauna room is! The ping pong room is also not included! At night play some pool or snuggle into the comfy leather chairs to watch some Netflix. Read a book after you pop some popcorn and make yourself some hot cocoa! We have a sound machine in both sleeping areas for night time rest. There is a queen size air mattress in the closet in the master bedroom with sheets! We have other properties on site as well. Sauna and exercise room right outside your room are just for you, but ping pong room is not included. The sport court is a shared space available to you as well! Other things to note The main house rents out as do the barn and the cottage so there can be other people on site. However, the spaces are all very distinct on this 10 acre property and it is rare that there is any crossover of guests except for when at tennis court, parking or on way to your apartment. Please park ONLY by tennis court under arbor (not in front of house) and then use side stairs at backside of house. Stairs go down to the apartment. On May to October weekends, if there is a wedding (rare), you will be asked to park ONLY in large field parking area just past tennis court to allow cars to go by!
