All the bedding is new, all the bedrooms (4 in total) have real double beds, and the master suite is equipped with an Emma memory foam mattress for optimal comfort. New in 2026, the 7x3 pool! Two terraces are available, one facing east (breakfast in the sun) and the other facing west. Perfect for alternating between sun and coolness according to your mood. The house is 10 minutes by bike from the Île de Ré Bridge, accessible by bike path all the way, and 10 minutes from the Plage de la Concurrence (Plage du Centre-Ville) as well as from the Chef de Baie Beach, which is the cleanest beach in the city (ERB rating 90.63, EU classification: excellent), and a 20-minute walk from Place de Verdun. Our 6- and 8-year-old children leave their toys available for a treat :-) On-site, the house is fully equipped (it's our main residence year-round), there is Canal+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and even Disney+ if you want to watch it.
