Enjoy this quiet and bright single room, with an unbeatable location in the heart of Recoleta from which you will have easy and quick access to all points of the capital. Nice, quiet, and safe area. Close to tourist spots, restaurants, universities and just minutes from downtown. The space This is a very bright apartment with large and comfortable common spaces. There are three bathrooms, two of them shared. Guest access You can access the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, shared bathrooms and balcony. You can also eventually access a terrace that is always open and available. During your stay I live in the apartment so you can ask me or my partner (Matias) for help if you need it. You can always contact me through the app or eventually through WhatsApp. Other things to note It's important to know that two small toy poodles (Vito and Pimpa) live in the apartment. They are very calm and behave very well. They only make some noise when someone rings the doorbell as a warning. We also have a parrot (Rita) who is very nice. Important Notice: If you need to enter the accommodation before the stipulated time (Early check-in) or later than 9:00 pm (late check-in), an additional $8 will be charged. In the event of requiring a late check-out after the stipulated time, this same additional fee will be applied. Please note that this should always be notified as soon as the reservation is made in order to coordinate in advance and verify that there is no other reservation that conflicts with your request.
