Only 45 min by car from Sthlm City, yet completely secluded in unspoiled nature, this idyllic summer place is an urban retreat like no other! In simplicity beauty is found. Welcome! The space The property consists of one main house which is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time on the Swedish countryside. The house is beautifully located on a large sunny ground with its own private pier and its own private sauna. Begin your day with a dip in the sea and experience the beauty and peacefulness of seaside living. A truly hidden gem! AMENITIES main house: Accommodates: 4 persons SIZE: 65 m2 BEDROOMS: 2 BEDS: 4 (1 Double and 2 single beds) BATHROOM: 1, newly renovated with hot shower, incinerating toilet, washing machine KITCHEN: fully equipped with electric stove and oven, running water (drinkable and delicious) big fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all cooking and eating utensils. LIVINGROOM: cozy with fireplace, smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (Fiber) and dining table with beautiful view of the sea. HEATING: electric radiators and an air conditioning unit for warm summers and heating in the winter OUTDOOR TERRACE & BBQ: This is the place where all the magic happens. Our favorite spot for a bbq, afternoon Swedish fika or just a sundowner with a glass of wine. Enjoy the view and follow the sun all day long from sunrise to the beautiful sunset. An extraordinary place to experience unspoiled nature, be mindful and listen to the birds singing in the trees - like balm for the soul. Equipped with garden furniture, parasol, a Weber gas grill and a brick grill. For the ones longing for activities, there is a trampoline, outdoor table tennis and two private piers on our property for a swim. There are two kayaks and SUPs to borrow for water activities and a private sauna to relax in no matter the season. 50 meter from our property there is a beautiful small public beach. Guest access The island of Muskö is connected to mainland through a tunnel and the road takes you from the wilderness to downtown Stockholm in only 45 minutes. Perfect if you want to spend your holidays combining your stay in the beautiful Sthlm archipelago with exploring Stockholm City with its many museums, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Muskö is also easily reached by public transport and the bus stop is 1.2 kilometers walking distance from the cabin. Private Parking is available on the property. You will have full access to the entire cottage, just for you and your guests. You additionally have access to a membership sauna, located directly by the sea, just 200 meters away from the cottage. There are two additional guest cottages on the property which can accommodate 2 + 2 people (will be charged separately with SEK 400 per person) Items such as baby cribs, high chairs, life jackets and internet access can be arranged for you in advance. Other things to note Cleaning: there will be an extra fee of SEK 900 when you check out. Smoking: NOT allowed indoors!
