Welcome to our cozy and modernly furnished apartment! This accommodation is centrally located and features a garage with parking space. It is 50m from the seawall, 500m from the casino and 1.5 km from the station. The Zwin is 5 km away. It is located in an immediate side street of the Lippenslaan. Cozy beach bars, restaurants and beautiful shops are located within a radius of 100m. Sportoase Duinenwater is 2 km away, adjacent to which you have Smiles where you can bowl, among other things. The space This clean and tastefully furnished apartment is located near the Vanbunnenplein and is therefore the perfect base for a week for two. Both WiFi, TV, as well as a speaker with bluetooth are provided. The apartment features 1 bedroom and a sleeping area. The beds are fully made up with crisp white high-quality bedding. Soft and thick bath towels are also provided. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas fire with 5 basins, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The many kitchen appliances and accessories ensure that hobby chefs will find their way here. A Senseo coffee machine, a Smeg kettle and a Smeg fruit press ensure a wonderful start to your day. A combination washer and dryer are also available, as well as a Smeg refrigerator with freezer compartment. The apartment also has a recently renovated bathroom (from 2023) with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, Rituals bathroom supplies (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner) are provided. Last but not least, a bottle of bubbly is chilled in the fridge! Guest access Guests can use the entire space. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. On the ground floor, you can also use the communal storage room. In the garage are the trash cans: residual waste, PMD, paper and cardboard. At 20m from the building, there are 2 glass bulbs for depositing glass waste. Other things to note We provide: - a chilled bottle of bubbly - Fully made beds/ extra down comforter is available/ as well as 2 types of pillows per person Per stay: - There is always a nice selection of coffee pods, tea bags and sugar. - A wide range of herbs, olive oil, pepper & salt - dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, fabric softener - Kitchen towels, dish towels, scouring pad, bottle of dishwashing liquid - 20l garbage bags - Toilet paper, paper towels - 1 large bath towel and 1 small towel per person House Rules: - Smoking in the apartment is absolutely prohibited. - Pets are not allowed. - Young people under the age of 21 must always be accompanied by their parents. The person in whose name the apartment is booked must always be present for the entire rental period. We ask you to be careful, quiet and discreet, especially at night (between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.). Drinking parties and noisy parties are therefore out of the question. If these house rules are not strictly adhered to, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely and unilaterally and without any refund. - The maximum of 4 people cannot be exceeded. - Candles are not allowed, absolutely not. We do have flameless candles on batteries that you can use. - Please do not put hot pots or pans directly on the counter, but always use the provided mats. Other things to note: - We offer a rather narrow covered parking space free of charge with a width of 2m20 and length of 6m, and this for a car up to 1m75 high. If you bring bicycles, they can be placed in front of the car. The garage is at -1. - When entering the building, you must be able to take four steps before you reach the elevator. Therefore, this accommodation is less suitable for wheelchair users. - A travel cot or high chair is not provided. - The chairs at the dining table are bar stools.
