Our apartment "Linde" can accommodate 2 people and is quietly and comfortably located in a private cul-de-sac. Due to the central and traffic-calming location, you can easily reach everything on beautiful paths in 3-5 minutes on foot: the picturesque old town with many cafes and restaurants, as well as the bakery or the well-stocked grocery store - everything is just around the corner! Beautiful hiking trails, a forest outdoor pool with sauna and the spa park are also in the immediate vicinity. The space The apartment is a place to feel good. It is located on the ground floor and has two terraces, so you can enjoy the sun or a shady spot from morning to evening. On 35 square meters there is a large open living, dining and sleeping area with TV and a shower room with daylight and underfloor heating. A well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, stove with oven, etc.) invites you to cook and in the 1.80 m wide double bed you can make yourself comfortable on comfort mattresses. Wi-Fi is free to use and the TV has a smart function. Towels and bed linens are included in the nightly rate. Guest access Independent access possible through key safe. The city of Tecklenburg charges a visitor's tax, which you can pay in cash on site. It is 1.00 euro per person per day, including arrival and departure day. You can park your car for free in the neighboring municipal parking lot. For this, you will receive a special parking pass from us, which allows you to park free of charge for the duration of your stay in other parking lots in the city. For a short time, on arrival and departure, you can park directly in front of the apartment.
