You will be staying in a downstairs private bedroom that comes with keypad entry. Enjoy your private bathroom complete with tub and shower. Because this room is downstairs and located closest to the front door, you will enjoy maximum privacy in this shared townhome. Guest access The floor plan of this townhome also includes a second story that has three additional rooms that are also open to book by other guests. This is a perfect opportunity to meet fellow travelers! Access to shared/common areas include kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, and backyard patio. Parking is free! Spots are on first come, first serve basis. While most days it is easy to find parking in front of the unit, please be mindful that during peak travel season, you may have to park further away. Kindly park in marked spaces; do not park in front of grass, dumpsters, or disabled parking (if you do not have a disabled parking permit). During your stay I am available here on the Airbnb app. Other things to note ~In addition to the following, please read HOUSE RULES. ~Guests take full responsibility of their belongings. While guests are provided a locked door with unique guest codes, the host takes no responsibility for guest belongings in the room or in the home. Please leave your valuables in your home. ~Host does not provide any services for visa approval. ~Items left behind at check-out or left in the common area may be disposed of. Kindly secure your belongings in your room and fully close your door to engage the lock. ~Deliveries/packages are prohibited! ~No Pets! The property is in an HOA controlled community that does not allow pets. Under state law, service animal fraud is a second-degree misdemeanor that may incur up to $500 in fines and up to 60 days in jail. A convicted individual must perform 30 hours of community service for an organization that serves the disabled. Extras: ~Airbed rental $20 per stay (Ask ahead for availability. Guest must still abide by maximum room occupancy). ~Early check-in is possible for a $20 fee and if availability permits: 8am-1pm ~Late check-out is possible for a $20 fee and if availability permits: 10am- 1pm ~Luggage storage after check-out is possible for a fee and if availability permits: 10am-1pm $10 (max of 2 luggage) Fees: ~Late check-out. Guests checking out beyond normal check out time and without prior permission will be charged $20/hour. ~Lost, misplaced, stained, or damaged items will be charged the full replacement cost PLUS $20 service charge. ~Excessive garbage left will be charged $20 for each trash dump. ~If additional cleaning is required it will be charged at $35/hour. One hour minimum.
