We offer a delicious breakfast in partnership with Café com Graça da Estância Paraíso (see more in Other Important Information). The space The guest house is 80 square meters and accommodates up to 5 people. There are two large and comfortable spaces with separate entrances, but rented in the same reservation. We accept 1 small dog per reservation. GROUND FLOOR • Spacious room with very comfortable queen bed, air-conditioning/12,000 BTU heater, BOX TV, work desk, bookshelf, playing cards, hangers and clothes rack. We can put an auxiliary single bed (bicama) ideal for children or infants. • Large bathroom with separate toilet. • Well-equipped kitchen with internal dining room integrated into the balcony. • Kitchen items: refrigerator, cooktop stove, clay filter, blender, electric oven, sandwich maker, coffee cloth filters (individual and for 4 people), set of pots, plates, glasses, cups, wine and champagne glasses (acrylic), cutlery, dish drainer, among others. • We provide basic ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar and coffee. • Gourmet balcony with bench, hammock and dining table. • Garden with swing, fire pit and chairs. Additional firewood available under the balcony. FIRST FLOOR • Space with a very comfortable futton-style double bed (low bed), hammock for indoor or outdoor use, workbench for two people, pantry with countertop and kitchen sink, filter on the faucet, and some basic items with dishes, cutlery, cups, and coffee maker. • Korean-style bathroom: compact and efficient. • Deck with beach chairs and outdoor hot tub with temperature control + chromotherapy. • Lookout point with a panoramic view of the city. Just climb the wooden ladder next to the sink on the first floor. Go up and down carefully. If you're not used to it, don't go up. Guest access • Self check-in after 3 p.m. • At the entrance of the house, we have our safe box with the keys that are at the garage gate. You must use your personalized password to open it. Other things to note • Our mission is to be a bridge between guests and Chapada by offering maximum comfort and hospitality. • In order for us to maintain a more affordable stay for a couple, only the ground floor suite with kitchen and balcony will be available for reservations of up to 2 people. The rest of the house - garden, garage, and terrace with Jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of guests. Both suites are free on reservations from 3 people. • Only people declared at the time of booking can stay with us. Additional guests may be included, upon payment of the fees indicated in the listing. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. • No parties or events allowed, as well as professional filming and photography. • Visitors are not allowed in the leisure areas without prior authorization of the hosts. • Keep the speaker at a reasonable volume, as our neighborhood is very quiet and we observe silence between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. • Cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes etc. allowed only in the outdoor areas of the house. If any traces are found inside the house (such as smell, cigarette butts, ashes, etc.), we will charge an additional cleaning fee of R$ 250.00. For love, do not smoke inside the house. • Accommodation damage, accidentally or not, will be charged. We appreciate your kindness to let us know if anything happens. • Do not remove furniture and utensils from one floor to the other. But if it occurs, please put the items back right after use. • Our bath towels cannot be taken to the waterfalls. No guest house items should be taken for tours. ABOUT THE SPA: • We have a recreational and relaxing Riolax-branded Maitê SPA for 4 to 5 people on the first floor deck (see listing photos). • Exclusive use of the guests. • Its use resembles that of a swimming pool since it has its own filtration system that keeps the water in perfect condition for many days. • Shampoo, soap, mineral salts etc are not allowed in the SPA, as 1) can stain it and 2) it would be impracticable to disable 600 litres of water for each use. • We ask that guests take a shower before entering the SPA. • The hydromassage is sanitized and filled on the first day of each new reserve and remains with the same water for the entire period. • In longer reservations, we've seen together with guests the need to clean and change water during their stay. • We will send you a video with the basic instructions on how to handle it. • The thermal cover must cover the bathtub when it is not in use. • The automatic filtering of the spa occurs 2 times a day, at 10:30 and at 4:30 pm. • Any other action must be done by hosts or guests, as long as they are properly instructed and authorized to do so. • The equipment has a high value and its incorrect handling may incur damages that should be reimbursed if they occur.
