Apartment in house with Mont Blanc view

On the slopes of Passy, 70 m² accommodation on the 1st floor, facing south with views of Mont Blanc. Entrance, living room with equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with washer-dryer), separate toilet. 10 min. from the city of Sallanches (highway, shopping mall, cinema, swimming pool...) and Le Fayet with the Thermes de Saint-Gervais. 15-20 min. from Plaine Joux or Les Houches ski resorts. This entrance is shared with the 2nd floor apartment. You will have access to the garden where tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, outdoor games (ping pong, badminton, giant draughts, swing) are available. The bottom of the garden is ideal as a sledding track in winter ;). Other things to note Located on the hills of Passy, about 900 m above sea level, the house is located at the end of a small hamlet. The 70 m² apartment is on the 1st floor of the house. A courtyard and spaces along the road will allow you to park without difficulty (but you'll need your shovels for snow removal!). The entrance opens onto the south-facing living room. You will find a fitted kitchen (with dishwasher), the living room with table for minimum 6 people, the living room with TV (connect tv) and some board games. The balcony will offer you a view of the Mont Blanc range and the property's garden. A hallway, with a closet and shoe cabinet, separates the living room from the bathroom, separate toilet and sleeping area with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a 1-bowl cabinet with several storage units, a bathtub with shower column, a washer-dryer and a towel dryer. The 1st bedroom, very spacious (possible to put a baby bed available on site), is furnished with a double bed and includes access to the balcony with views of the Mont Blanc range; the 2nd is furnished with 2 single beds. As for the 3rd bedroom, it is located near the entrance and separated from the living room by an airlock. This cozy bedroom is furnished with a platform bed and views of the Aiguille du Midi. The apartment is located 15-20 minutes from the family resort of Plaine-Joux. Facing south, it is perfect for children and/or beginner skiers. And is, in summer, the start of many hikes. For more experienced skiers, Les Houches resort is an equal distance away. The village-resort of Chamonix is 25 minutes away as is the village-resort of Megève or Saint-Gervais. The center of Passy or that of Plateau d'Assy will allow you to find bakery, news, grocery store. The city of Sallanches (10 minutes away) offers all the shops with a shopping mall, cinema, aquatic center etc. At Fayet you can relax in the Thermal Baths (renowned for their natural thermal waters).
