There is no smoking in the apartment but it´s allowed outside. Grocery store is close by and many shops and restaurants in 15-20 minutes walking distance. Yet, no bars/clubs in the immediate vicinity therefore quiet at night and weekends. There is free parking by the building. Public transit is nearby. I have lived in this area almost all my live and I love it. If you need any information about the neighbourhood, don´t hesitate to ask.
