The owners use this as their own holiday home and are delighted to let this out for other guests to enjoy. This is a fantastic place for those with younger children as the private gated garden area and shared pool offers an area for safe paly. The whole family can light a BBQ in the evening overlooking the pool. The space The property is set behind a gated community shared with a small number of Villas. The property is perfectly located between the Quarteira old town and Villamoura Marina. Guests will have the option to choose between traditional or the more tourist location. There are three supermarkets a 2-3 minute drive away. And the Famous Villamoura Marina is a 7 minute drive away or a short walk. There are a number of golf course close by also. The villa is set in a complex with a small number of villas and only the residents in the villas have access to the shared pool. The owners have holidayed here for a number of years and have gradually added some very homely touches to make it a home from home. Each guest will have access to Wifi, cable TV with some English channels and an array of books to read while the sun shines. The main dining room/TV room has air- conditioning as does the master bedroom. There are fans available for the two other bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a number of different utensils and cutlery available for the guests to use. There is also an Iron and Ironing board available. Upstairs in the master bedroom guests can overlook the pool and gardens from the bedroom balcony. While also having access to an en-suite equipped with a Jacuzzi bath. The second double bedroom is spacious and has its own balcony looking to the front of the property. The third bedroom is a twin bedroom and is ideal for children or to house additional guests. We also have some equipment for toddlers available on request. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note We would ask that as you remove your rubbish or recycling builds up during your stay. There is a public recycling and rubbish area as you come out of the complex gates to the right and keep walking until you see the rubbish and recycling area. This is a two minute walk.
