Cozy house in the picturesque village of Spaarndam
Description
Enjoy your holiday in the historic village of Spaarndam, a 20-minute drive away from Amsterdam and the beach. The house is located on a beautiful dam, with water on both sides. A truly unique place to enjoy your vacation in Holland. The space We would like to offer our house for a minimum of two weeks and it is particularly well suited for families with two adults and two children, as there are two children's bedrooms. However, the fact that they feature adult sized beds, 4 adults would fit too. Our lovely cat Zaki is included, and there are quite some plants that need some attention. The house is compact but feels spacious cause of the three levels (80 M2 in total). Although there's water close to the house, the surrounding of the house is very safe for children, with a closed backyard and a pedestrian walkway at the front of the house where kids can play safely. The ground floor has a living and dining area , a kitchen and toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom (water basin, shower and second toilet). One of the bedrooms has a standard single bed (2 m) and the other one has a high sleeper (2 m). The third floor is a larger loft room with a double bed on one end and working space with desk on the other side. The kitchen and bathroom are basic though well equipped. The garden is located on the south-east and provides an opportunity to have breakfast and lunch outside in the sun. At the end of the day the evening sun makes it very comfortable at the bench in front of the house, overseeing the hikers, cyclists and horse riders that are enjoying the scenery of Spaarndam too. It's a place to immediately feel at home. We would love to rent our place to families or people who are looking for a brilliant holiday house, that love to take care of a independent cat & some plants and like to stay for up to three weeks.
