LandRaum Wünsdorf: Small hayloft, sauna, lake proximity

Here you will find a cozy, new and fully equipped apartment in Wünsdorf - directly between the two Wünsdorf lakes. We have renovated our beautiful barn and created three apartments and a sauna, among other things. The farm is elaborately planted and designed. We offer plenty of space and tranquility for relaxation and/or creative work. The garden is meant to be used for this. We love families as much as solo travelers. Welcome! The space The spacious 3-room apartment is located in the old hayloft of an old barn and offers two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large open living area with kitchen and dining area. The large living area is intended to invite you to linger and offers a beautiful view of the courtyard. The large seating furniture, pillows, side tables and the small dining table offer a variety of places. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and has the basics ready for you with cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils. The Nespresso machine is gladly stocked with capsules on request and for a fee. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and extractor hood, oven, fridge with ice compartment and a microwave. Both bedrooms, which are next to each other, offer a double bed with a width of 1.60 m. Of course, both bedrooms are equipped with closets and storage facilities. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, window and a spacious shower. In the apartment, you can recognize the historical use not least by its wooden elements, which we have intentionally made visible and which is underlined by a simple wooden floor. The oak floor is made even more comfortable by the underfloor heating. The apartment is spacious and really brightly designed with over 70 square meters. The numerous skylights are equipped with blackout shutters. One of the two bedrooms has two small original windows to the courtyard, which cannot be darkened. Fly screens are conveniently electrically operated and allow for soothing ventilation. The rooms are designed to provide you with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Guest access From the courtyard you enter a small staircase that opens up two apartments created in the old hayloft, which are next to each other. For groups, the two apartments can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people can be accommodated in a total of 5 bedrooms close together. The sauna was created on the gable side of the building on two floors. On the first floor, you can rest on the cozy couch, the fireplace and the access to the wooden deck, while on the upper floor you can sweat and lie down. The extra large window front up here offers fantastic views of the meadow and our beloved old trees and even the church tower. This place is suitable for contemplation, reading, meditating but also for actively rolling out the yoga mat. Of course, a toilet and two modern showers are also available in this area. We are happy to heat the sauna for you if necessary and for a fee. The farm has been extensively planted and offers beautiful views from the apartments. But it also offers various seats, as well as barbecue facilities. Once around the corner, our little guests discover a playground and here, too, the parents can make themselves comfortable next to it and hopefully enjoy the cheerful hustle and bustle with time. If you need space for a group to come together to work, discuss, eat together, then talk to us. Our future common room is not yet perfect, but it may already be useful to you today.
