If you are a sailor, windsurfer, kayak rower, fisherman, diver, walker, rock climber or water sports fanatic this is for you. The views of the harbour are out of this world from the bedroom and living room. There are steps up to the property. You will love the views and newly decorated family home. You will love the cliff walks.The Jurassic coast line is beautiful. Fossils to lighthouses. During school holidays we do minimum of 5 nights. Big spaces inside and out for you to enjoy our family home The space The best thing about this amazing island are the views and the rugged coats line. We have the best view for miles and you will never be disappointed. We have three bedrooms one is a small one. Please clean after you. There is a bath 🛀 and a basic shower, but does the trick. The house does have personal effects as it’s our home so yes you will find our things in the home. Hope that’s ok. Nice patio area for sitting and eating in the sun. Area to keep bikes, sailing and surfing gear. We also have a washing line for wet clothes. In the lean to area. We are near the sailing club, prison and chesil beach.. We allow one dog and ask that all mess is cleaned up if the garden is used by the dog. We now have a downstairs toilet. We ask you lock side door to house and turn off fridge and all when leaving. We know that some people are ant to bring their own bedding and towels if you need these we have some in cupboards. Towels in landing cupboard and sheets in back bedroom cupboard. We ask you strip the beds before leaving. Leave in the out building bedroom downstairs that’s not used thank you. There is a downstairs toilet for ease. Guest access There is a living room , kitchen and dinning room downstairs. Small bath up stairs and three bedrooms. Downstairs toilet also just added. Some outdoor area eg patio and table. The views of our house are breathtaking and you can sit for hours watching the sailors and fisherman come in. We ask you help us with the cleaning taking out rubbish and emptying the fridge completely before turning everything off. Wii fii password at the back of the router Other things to note The price is so cheap for the whole house. Some guests strip the top quilt cover and sheets and top pillow cases and wash and hang when leaving. Or put away. Please leave curtains open for the 🌱 plants. Thanks so much. The heating is set on 6 timers a day please just switch on and switch off when you leave thank you. No 👞 upstairs please and no 🐕 upstairs or on the furniture due to hairs.
