A superbly located bungalow in Freshwater Bay within a few minutes walk of the beach, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We have spent a lot of time renovating the property and we hope that you find it has everything you need. Private rear garden with seating where you can unwind after a day on the beach or exploring all that the Isle of Wight has to offer. Warning - it is located on an unmade road with some potholes so drive carefully! Ideal for couples during off season! The space There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All crockery and utensils you will need. There is a small utility area at the back which contains the washing machine, ironing board, airer etc. The property has stripped flooring throughout so very light and modern. There is a lounge/diner with two sofas and TV. Patio doors leading to the rear garden and outdoor space A king size bedroom, a single bedroom and a twin bedroom that has zip link mattresses to enable this to be made into a double if required. Main bathroom has bath, electric shower over, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. The ensuite to the kingsize bedroom has a walk in shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. Parking off road and we also have lockable bike storage available in the garage Guest access Whole property and gardens are available to you. This is a detached bungalow in a quiet residential road so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay Other things to note Happy to take short breaks (minimum 3 nights) but not during July and August when 7 nights minimum stay is required. Ideal for couples during off peak times. Cyclists in particular as we have lockable secure bike storage at the property. We do not accept pets
