Typical and cozy house in the center of the village
Description
Cozy and typical house in the center of Bot, Terra Alta. The house has everything you need for your stay. Lots of light. Typical distribution and wooden beams. A stone's throw from the church square and shops. Ideal for families who want to enjoy the Terra Alta, a land of vineyards, olive trees and almond trees. The space Just 25 meters from the town square. Right in the center. Just a short walk from the Via Verde and the Menescal winery where you can taste and buy wine. The house is fully equipped. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have been renovated very recently. It's ideal for a family of up to six people. One of the beds is a futon. There is wifi and fiber optic internet access. Netflix. Like many houses in the village, you will find very steep stairs. Note if you want to come in the winter: Please note that the house does not have central heating and only has a wood stove, so it may be a bit cold in the winter. You also need to have previous experience in the correct use of wood stoves as it is not as easy as throwing wood into the fire. We can give you advice on how to use it. Guest access It's easy to find where to park your car on the street. We also have enough space for bicycles in the basement of the house. If you're part of a larger group and looking for extra space, check out our other places to stay in the area. We have another house in Bot (airbnb.com/h/casapobleterraalta) and a couple of mini-houses 10 minutes from Bot: the "Mas del Julivert" (airbnb.com/h/masdeljulivertterraalta) and the "Mas de la Pedra" (airbnb.com/h/masdelapedraterraalta). Other things to note During the summer, the nights are usually very pleasant and cool. The mountain views are spectacular.
