It has 5 rooms with unhindered view of the hills and 2 large living rooms. - Unhindered view of the hills - 2 big lawns with 2 gazebos - full time care taker who stays outside the fenced area - Projector - Karaoke - Pool table - Card games, board games, badminton, carrom board etc available - Waterfall and river at 25 mins walk during monsoons - Treks, jungle walks, river side (monsoon only) walks can be arranged upon prior notice at minimal additinal cost - CRACKERS NOT ALLOWED Sleeping arrangement is 5 rooms with queen size beds (1 in each room), one single room and 1 sofa cum bed in the living room. In addition, floor mattress can be provided. Things provided - bath towels, hand towels, shower gel and other basic necessities. We have 2 WiFi connections - Jio and local cable network - Property is 25 Km (40 mins) away from Karjat station - our place is in the middle of greenery and close to nature so you will hear insect sounds and see insects. When doors/windows are left open, insects can come inside also so please be prepared to see insects around you sometimes. And this is the case with all the places which are in the middle of nature and not surrounded by buildings. - We have electricity back up which supports ACs for 5-6 hours and 15 hours without AC. In extreme situations of storm and heavy rainfall (2-3 times every year), we have seen trees falling on electric poles and electricity can go for a long time. This is rare but definitely a possibility. In such situations, AC will not be available but the good thing is that weather turns really pleasant and ACs are not even required in such cases. - Similarly, internet may also go off in these rare situations of storm and heavy rainfall.
