Welcome to the mailbox cabin! Cozy and close to EVERYTHING. Relax and unplug at this centrally-located home. One mile away from the Pocono Raceway puts you within a 15 minute drive of all the Poconos have to offer. A quick drive to Hickory Run State Park, Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback mountains, the casino, Khalahari, and the list goes on. This cabin is not in a community and is best suited for a couple or two who want to relax between their hiking and skiing adventures. The cabin is cozy, simple, and to the point. Living, dining, and kitchen are all in one open space with two bedrooms off to the side. A small full bath sits behind the kitchen, and that’s it! Guests have access to the entire cabin. We can definitely keep in touch during your stay. Text is best due to phone filters filtering possible spam calls. The neighborhood feels off the beaten path. There’s a mixture of vacation homes and permanent residentS. The road going through it is rough at times so pay attention and drive slow. A couple things to note: *Mailbox road is not kept up by the township. We recommend an AWD vehicle at the very least when traveling to the cabin during fall, winter, and beginning of spring months. *The cabin’s water comes from a well. It is filtered, but not purified so we recommend bringing your own drinking water. *This cabin is not in a large neighborhood. People live here full time and we’d like to remind everyone to be polite and respectful of the neighborhood residents.
