This is a one of a kind, warehouse apartment space. Newly re-finished. 2 queen beds. Hard wood floors. Two full bathrooms. Luxury in industry! Centrally located in Toccoa, GA. Great as a unique get away or a base for going deeper into the North East Georgia mountains! Note guests must be comfortable opening and closing a chainlink fence gate, parking and walking on gravel. The gravel is our parking lot. Currently the fence is manually operated by hand. The apartment is a world of it's own! The space The is a a shot gun style apartment that was built into a warehouse. Used by the family of a small business owner when the family 'worked' in the business for manufacturing of garden statues. The warehouse looks rough and a little old on the outside, and is located in an older neighborhood, however, the apartment is very comfortable and well furnished inside with outside improvements happening. You'd never know what it was like on the inside as based on the outside. Neighbors are nice though and no one causes any problems. The two queen bedrooms are spacious. Storage in the bedrooms is by dressers and trunks. Living room very comfortable with big screen tv and bar at kitchen. There is a washer and dryer on property and a big kitchen sink and refrigerator but there is no automatic dishwasher. This is a shot gun style apartment so you have to walkthrough bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 has it's own bathroom attached. There is a covered patio by the front door for sitting and enjoying the weather with a little fountain and patio lights. Guest access Access to full apartment and space in front of the apartment. The rest of the warehouse property isn't allowed for guests for guest safety and insurance reasons. Please note there are honey bees on the back of the property well away from the guests apartment and out of site. Guests must be ok opening and closing a large chain link fence gate and walking on and parking on gravel to the apartment entrance. Apartment only has one entrance but does have windows. Other things to note I would like to make clear this is a warehouse apartment build in a shot gun style/walk through style. There is only one entrance for guests. Apartment is very comfortable and artistic but guests must be comfortable with a nice rustic vibe, ok opening and closing a warehouse chainlink fence, walking on and parking on gravel, and cars that can be heard driving by.
