This posh 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath guest house has a full kitchen and is perfect for smaller groups to rent separately or can be rented together with the main house. Please check with the owner for availability. The living space is upstairs with the kitchen and half bath downstairs. If the guest house is rented together with the house, the guest house would be a perfect place to get away from the rest of the group if needed. The space Small but very comfortable. Guest access Guests can access all areas including the garage where the laundry is located. Other things to note We allow dogs of all types. Regardless of the type of dog or the purpose of the dog please pay the fee before arriving. If you don’t feel that you should pay a fee please do not book nor show up at this property without paying the fee. For any type of dog a fee of $75 needs to be paid or $100 for more than one dog. That said, if you do not pick up after your animals go to the bathroom, you will automatically be charged an additional $50.
